Neutrality Policy and Refusal of Submissions from Authors Affiliated with Aggressor States

Neutrality Policy and Refusal of Submissions from Authors Affiliated with Aggressor States

  1. Editorial Independence

    • The editorial board reserves the right to reject manuscripts if the authors are affiliated with organizations or institutions recognized as sponsors of terrorism or associated with an aggressor state.
  2. Adherence to International Law

    • The publication follows principles of international law, as well as guidance from domestic and foreign bodies concerning sanctions.
  3. Objectivity and Exceptions

    • The decision to refuse publication is made only after due examination of the author’s affiliations and circumstances.
    • If the author can demonstrate no direct connection to such organizations, the editorial board may reconsider its decision.
