Head of the Committee

Lidiia Moskvych  is a Doctor of Law, Professor at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv). Her research focuses on judicial reform, court organization, and judges' status. She developed the judge's professional profile concept and a framework for assessing judicial system efficiency. Recent works include studies on digital evidence in Ukraine's criminal justice (2025) and e-documentation regulation (2024).
