CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
The International Conference “Current issues on Court Law” 2026 will be held on April 26, 2026.
This conference will provide a vital opportunity for legal scholars, judges, practitioners, and policymakers to meet, gain knowledge, and exchange ideas on the evolving landscape of judicial systems. What defines an effective and fair court in the 21st century? How can technology and procedural reforms improve access to justice? What roles do judicial independence, ethics, and accountability play in upholding the rule of law? How can justice systems adapt to societal challenges such as global crises or digital transformation? You will find answers to these questions and more.
The conference is planned as a hybrid event. We sincerely hope to host the in-person component at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine, provided that the safety situation allows for a physical gathering. The event will also be fully accessible online for remote participants.
Should the security situation not permit an in-person meeting, the conference will proceed in a fully online format to ensure the safety of all attendees. A final decision on the format will be announced closer to the conference date.
We invite you to join us on this journey by participating as a speaker or presenter. Share your research findings with your peers, engage in insightful discussions, and offer your perspective on how we can advance the quality and efficacy of court law.
