Right to Appeal or Complain
Authors have the right to submit an appeal or complaint to the editorial board concerning any editorial decision (e.g., rejection, requests for revisions, etc.).
Format and Deadlines
- Appeals or complaints must be submitted in writing (via email or official letter) within 14 days of receiving the decision.
- The submission must clearly articulate the reasons for disputing the decision and include any additional evidence or arguments.
Review Process
- The editorial board (or designated independent experts) will review the appeal or complaint and may either uphold or overturn the original decision.
- The editorial board’s final ruling on the matter is generally conclusive and not subject to further review.
