About the conference

The International Conference “Current Issues in Court Law” is one of the foremost events in the Ukrainian legal community. It focuses on examining the most pressing questions regarding the development of the judicial system, justice, judicial practice, and legal regulation both within Ukraine and abroad. The conference is co-organized by leading university departments in Ukraine, professional associations, and international partners.

Following the conference each year, the conference proceeding “Court Law Review”, is published. It contains peer-reviewed articles that address modern problems and trends in the development of court law, justice, and judicial practice in Ukraine and beyond. Through this collaborative effort, “Court Law Review” serves as a valuable resource for both the academic community and legal practitioners, providing comprehensive material for further research and legislative development, as well as serving as a platform for expertise exchange at both the domestic and international levels.
