Abstract

The 10th Annual International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues of Court Law”, held in Kyiv on April 25, 2025, served as a crucial platform for legal scholars, practitioners, and emerging researchers to examine the challenges and opportunities of judicial reform, transitional justice and the digitalization of justice in Ukraine. The conference aimed to facilitate knowledge exchange, comparative analysis, and the development of practical recommendations to guide Ukraine’s judicial reforms and support post-conflict recovery. This report provides an overview of the event, highlighting the contributions of key speakers and the main themes addressed during the discussion
